なんで会社はいつも社員やスタッフに「人間」と認めない（？Not sure if I am using the correct phase. What I mean is companies are not considering their staff as "human", but more like a machine parts. Sometimes I don't feel like they are respecting the people working for the company. Maybe I just saw many bad news regarding on those very unfortunate Mangaka / Artists / Animators ...

けどファンにとって神とか精神に支える存在とかもわかるけど…
